I could see how comfortable and proud she felt reading this familiar book.  I could see that when she spoke in a naturally-paced Hebrew, asking comprehension questions, the children were at ease. Our parents took turns walking 3 or 4 children to school and then picking them up at the end of the day. Kindergarten classes were for a half-day only.
